EVZ Projects Service Agreement (Boreholes)

Applicable to EVZ Projects borehole package specials booked online.

1. Package and pricing

30m Borehole Package — total package price R44,900. Booking deposit R10,000. Balance R34,900 payable on site before drilling commences.

2. Booking deposit

The R10,000 payment is a booking deposit only. It secures your drilling booking slot and project planning. The deposit is not cash-refundable. The remaining balance of the package price is payable on site before drilling commences.

3. Scope of the package

The package covers drilling only to the stated maximum depth, standard casing as specified, site setup, positioning and rig mobilisation within the operational area. Additional depth, additional casing, pumps, equipment, electrical work, water testing, civil work or any other site work is quoted separately and is not included.

4. No water, yield or quality guarantee

Drilling is a geological process. EVZ Projects does not guarantee water, yield, water quality, or borehole success. Payment of the deposit or the package price does not constitute a guarantee of any drilling outcome.

5. Site access and scheduling

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and legal machine access to the drilling position, including gates, routes and overhead clearance. All drilling bookings arrive on site at 08:00. Bookings are subject to site access, route planning, weather, scheduling and operational feasibility, and may be rescheduled by agreement.

6. Client responsibilities

The client warrants that they are authorised to commission drilling on the property and is responsible for any permits, municipal requirements, servitudes, and for identifying underground services on site prior to drilling.
